The original report describes the course and the results of the mission, including documentation of the feedback presented on 18 February 20055 to several members of the Technical and Financial Partners.Here we translate essential information about the institutional context for alignment, the donor diversity, their efforts to harmonise, the success and some obstacles. Finally we concentrate on the themes and challenges of harmonisation and alignment hoping to enrich the international discussion and the H&A-efforts in Burkina Faso. |
