This proposal commissioned by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) reflects possibilities to support the implementation of the Comprehensive Africa Agricultural Development Programme (CAADP).
CAADP is an ambitious high level African-led initiative, launched by AU/NEPAD in the recognition of the decisive role Agriculture and rural development play for fighting poverty in Africa.
