This short document reports the process and outcomes of the Rwanda Roundtable-process, a multi-stakeholder process that led to the agreement on the Rwanda national CAADP Compact in March 2007.
The Rwanda CAADP (Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme) Compact is the first national CAADP Compact in whole Africa and the world.
CAADP is a high level African initiative launched by AU/NEPAD in the recognition of the decisive role Agriculture and rural development play for fighting poverty in Africa. |
