The Africa Forum: Challenges and Hope organised by the Shepherd University and the Robert C. Byrd Center for Legislative Studies at Shepherdstown, West Virginia will address

four main subjects:

• Challenges and Progress on Leadership, Governance, Human Rights
• Empowering Approaches toward Sustainable Development (in the Work of Church Missions, NGOs and Business)
• Opportunities for Personal Involvement to Support Africa
