The Global Agro-Industries Forum is organised by the FAO, UNIDO and IFAD to:
- raise awareness of the contribution that agro-industries can make to economic development and poverty reduction;
- share success stories and key lessons emerging from rapidly progressing regions and countries; and,
- re-inforce alliances and partnerships among stakeholders from local to global levels.
