Central questions to be addressed in the discussion will be (i) "What are the implications/ opportunities for development effectiveness in the ARD sector in the light of the AE process evolving after Accra?" and (ii) "What is the Platform’s possible role after Accra and in the run-up to the HLF IV, both at the political, policy and technical level?".
