Tackling rural poverty, together

The African Green Revolution conference will convene the diverse group of people involved in developing sustainable agriculture for Africa, from farmers and activists, to heads of state and senior executives. This community will review the progress of recent initiatives, identify important innovations and build new public-private partnerships that will extend sustainable agronomics to more Africans.

The African Green Revolution Conference is co-hosted by two private sector participants, Yara International and Rabobank, with two Norwegian public development institutions, Norad and Norfund. The conference will take place in Oslo, Norway.

The Global Donor Platform plans to hold lunch time seminar during the conference. The seminar intends to inform the participants about the Platform objectives, upcoming events and priority areas opening the stage for questions and answers. In addition, it is a good opportunity for the Platform and event participants to discuss possible cooperation and alliances.
