The meeting in Washington DC on 27 September will provide an opportunity for face-to-face discussions on the strategic plan. A outline agenda for the meeting would include:

• Introduction to the strategic planning process
• Presentation of the findings of the first stage telephone consultations and the working group video-conference in mid September
• Discussion of the findings and draft logframe
• Introduction of the Third Stage consultation topics: governance, monitorable results
• Discussion of issues related to governance and monitorable results
