Following the publication of PKP3 on The Strategic Role of the Private Sector in ARD, this thematic group is developing ideas for collaboration and exchange with private sector partners.

Strengthen dialogue with key private sector actors to further develop models for inclusive business practices, public private partnerships and concrete cooperation possibilities, based on the PKPIII

K1) MoFA-NL, CIDA, AUSAID and others exchange about their private sector strategies, also engaging with EU Working Group on Private Public Partnerships
K2) Members identify new actors and possible partnerships with private sector networks (e.g. PANACC, Grow Africa)
K3) MoFA-NL invites members to jointly review and update PKP III on the Private Sector
K4)Members contribute towards an analysis of approaches for public private partnerships

K5) Members decide on Platform engagement with the private sector
K6) Members organise ‘Learning event’ at an agribusiness investment forum, including launch of the revised PKPIII
