Through this approach and project, the FAO provides youth with soft and transferrable skills (e.g., problem identification and solving skills, business literacy, communication and teamwork skills) as well as sector-specific skills across the green agriculture and economy sectors. The youth also receive a two-year support through seed money for their green business start-ups or waged employment opportunities in green PEPs.
