The report emphasizes that partnerships are not merely a means of delivering results, but are increasingly a core mechanism for driving innovation, scaling impact, and building the conditions necessary for sustainable change.
The report assesses the relevance, coherence, effectiveness and efficiency of the FSCH during the period 2022-2026, identifying both the strengths and weaknesses of the programme. Based on these findings, the report concludes with seven recommendations aimed at strengthening international coordination, governance, financing and country-level support for food systems transformation.
