The Platform will support members in these strategic focus areas:

  • Strengthening practical understanding of blended finance applications in agrifood systems

  • Building on existing frameworks and collective learning

  • Improving transparency and comparability of instruments

  • Clarifying pricing, risk-sharing and subsidy requirements

  • Supporting articulation of public rationale and fiscal implications

Workstream objectives:

  • Facilitate peer learning among members

  • Document experience-based lessons

  • Develop comparative guidance materials

  • Support improved communication of blended finance value propositions

Deliverables and results:

  • Donors deploy blended finance more strategically, transparently and effectively — maximizing catalytic impact while safeguarding public value.
