This CFS53 Side Event (SE26), presents the GDPRD’s Thematic Working Group on Sustainable/Blended Finance and the new Catalytic Capital Framework with testing insights from donors to support more consistent assessment of impact and additionality in agri-SME blended finance. The event is co-organized by the GDPRD, IFAD, and the Agri-SME Learning Collective.
