While Silicon Valley is in a race to construct on ultimate all-purpose artificial intelligence (AI), this report turns its focus to what AI means for people living in low- and middle-income countries.
This strategy paper outlines the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN)’s understanding and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in ensuring healthy diets and improving the lives of the most vulnerable. The responsible adoption of AI has the potential to add value and scale GAIN’s ongoing mission. Its strategic approach focuses on innovation, reinvention, and optimization, deepening the impact of AI across food systems.
