In our seventh segment, the Platform interviews Ron Hartman, Director of Global Engagement, Partnership and Resource Mobilization at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Ron is familiar with the gravity of global issues impacting us but is optimistic of how the donor community can respond. With 2023 being IFAD's replenishment year, he explains why this is a significant moment not only for the organization but also for our most vulnerable rural populations facing food insecurity.

Ron is the IFAD Board Member of the Global Donor Platform for Rural Development.
