The Statistical Yearbook 2025 provides an overview of the key forces shaping the global food and agricultural landscape.

Statistics are organized into four thematic chapters addressing the economic significance of agricultural activities; inputs, outputs, and factors of production; their implications for food security and nutrition; and their impacts on the environment.

The Yearbook is intended as a core reference for policymakers, researchers, and analysts, as well as for the broader public interested in the past, present, and future of food and agriculture.
