As of 31 March 2023, Ireland has officially joined the Donor Platform Board bringing the number of Board Members to 14. Membership is through Irish Aid, held under Ireland’s Department of Foreign Affairs and with Patrick McManus as their representative.

Ireland has a rich history of commitment as a donor to food systems and their priorities align well with the Donor Platform workstreams of country-level coordination, innovative finance and data reporting and accountability.

We look forward to welcoming their new perspectives in our work.
