The 2026 ECOSOC Forum on Financing for Development Follow-Up (FfD Forum), a central pillar of the Financing for Development process, will take place from 20–24 April 2026. The Forum builds on the momentum generated by the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4), held in June 2025.

This year’s Forum carries particular significance, serving as a key platform for advancing concrete outcomes and sustaining political momentum from FFD4. It will convene heads of state and government, ministers, and senior government officials, alongside high-level representatives of international organizations. Participants will also include civil society organizations, the private sector, and local authorities.
